How fees work
Who pays, in plain terms.
You always set your own rate and keep it in full. A verified profile on Qwoll is free. To bring and run your own clients through Qwoll, with booking, clinical records and invoicing, you pay a monthly subscription. If you take a client’s payment through Qwoll, the payment provider’s card processing comes out of your rate in Australia and the UK. In the US and Canada, you choose whether it’s included in your rate or added on top. You can also bill a client directly, outside Qwoll.
