Straight answers
How the connections work.
- How do I connect my accounting software?
- From Settings, choose Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB and sign in to it. You choose the sales account, tax code and bank account the payments post to. Disconnect any time.
- Does Qwoll change anything in my books?
- It records payments against invoices it created, and only that. It does not read or edit anything else in your accounts.
- Is the calendar one way?
- Qwoll pushes bookings into your calendar so your phone always has the day. Changes made in Qwoll flow through. Changes typed into Google Calendar do not flow back.
- Do I need a Stripe account?
- Qwoll sets up payouts for you when you take your first card payment. Your clients never see Stripe; they pay through your portal.
- Which plan do I need?
- Card payments, invoices and the calendar feed are on every paid plan. Google Calendar, drive times and route optimisation are on Professional. Accounting software: see pricing.
- Is my data safe?
- Connections use each provider’s own sign-in and can be revoked from either side. Your records stay yours, and you can export them at any time.
