Plain-language summary
This policy sets out how you may and may not use Qwoll. It forms part of, and is read with, the Platform Terms of Service; breaching it is a breach of those terms.
01 · Using Qwoll
The basics
- Be at least 18, and provide accurate, current information.
- Keep a single account, and keep your login secure.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
02 · Prohibited conduct
What you must not do
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, qualifications, registration, or insurance.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against any user.
- (Providers only) Take a Qwoll-originated client relationship off the platform to avoid the facilitation fee, contrary to the Marketplace Provider Terms (clauses 6.3–6.6).
- Copy, scrape, or extract Qwoll's client database, provider directory, or other data.
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its security.
- Offer or perform services you are not lawfully qualified, registered, or permitted to provide.
- Post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Use the platform to harm an animal, or to facilitate cruelty or neglect.
03 · Content
Content you provide
You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaches this policy or the law.
04 · Consequences
If you breach this policy
Breaching this policy is a breach of the Platform Terms of Service. We may warn, suspend, or close an account, remove content, and where appropriate report conduct to the relevant authority. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal.
